It’s one month into my 25 by 25 challenge, and I have some exciting updates!
- I’m right on track. I’ve lost 5 lbs this month! I’m feeling lighter, and I’ve noticed a bunch of differences in my overall body shape – my shoulders are more squared off, and I can feel the muscles in my arms and legs becoming much more toned.
- On Friday I wore a dress to work that I have never worn before because it was always slightly too small. It fit perfectly, and if I do say so myself, I looked great!!
- On Saturday I tried on a dress in my regular size, and the sales lady helping me said “That dress is way too big, let me get you a smaller size.” Again, that smaller size fit like a glove, and I did a little happy dance in the fitting room.

Last week we had to do a diet for school, and I’m feeling a lot less bloated and puffy than I was in the weeks before. I’ll give you more details about that diet later this week. I’ve definitely noticed further improvements in my bum and legs from Booty Camp Fitness, but sadly there is no classes in March, so I’ll be away from it for a few weeks.
The weather here in Toronto has finally crept up above freezing, and I’m hoping to get my first outdoor run of the year after school today.
What’s your favourite non-bootcamp workout? Zumba? 80’s-style aerobics? Jillian Michaels? Please leave your suggestions, and I’ll attempt as many as I can!
