to let you know about a topic that has recently become very near and dear to many people’s hearts.  Many of you may know by now that Susan of The Great Balancing Act was recently diagnosed with lymphoma.  I first met Susan last summer, and she is one of the loveliest people I have ever met. 

I encourage you to read about her journey on her blog, and to participate in the upcoming Great Fundraising Act in her honour.  As we all know, health care isn’t cheap, and the healthy living blogging community has come together to put on an auction to raise funds to help Susan pay for her treatments. 

The auction is going on Monday July 25th at 8am EST and there is so many amazing things to bid on, like gift baskets from Sephora, Annie’s, and Chef’n, gift cards from Anthropologie, Starbucks, and Whole Foods, and mouth watering baked goodies. 

So I ask you please, dear friends, to visit the website on Monday and bid on one (or a few!) items to help out Susan as she embarks on her fight with cancer.  It would really mean a lot to me, and I know it means a lot to her too.
