315,532,800 seconds

is how long Adam and I have been together.  In other words? 87,648 hours, 521 weeks, 3652 days, or… 10 years!

10 years ago today this guy:

asked me to take a walk with him.  We walked for hours and hours, and when we finally stopped to rest he leaned over, gave me a kiss, and the rest (as they say) is history.

We’ve come a long way, from prom:

It’s been an amazing 10 years together.  We’ve learned so much about each other, and have grown so much as individuals and as a couple during our time together.  I can’t wait to experience everything we have coming up next: Graduation, Paris, a niece/nephew, Quebec City at Christmas, and so much more! I love you Adam, and if I had to do it all over again, I wouldn’t change a second.

How did you get together with your sweetie? Were you high school sweethearts like us? Did you work together? Go to college together? Share!

What I’m looking forward to…

once school is over.

One month. 31 days.  That’s all the school I have left!  31 days from now I will officially be able to call myself a Holistic Nutritionist, instead of a nutrition student.  So what am I looking forward to?

  1. Helping people get healthy.  I love to help.  Any advice I have, I’ll give.  I’m looking forward to using my newfound knowledge to help out my friends, family, and clients live their healthiest lives.
  2. Blogging!  I’m looking forward to sharing more info with you, my dear friends!  I’m excited to get back into the kitchen and share amazing new recipes with you, as well as drop some of this fine nutritional knowledge on ya’ll.
  3. Participating in life again.  Throughout this past year I have let everything I like to do fall by the wayside, to make time for school and work.  I’m looking forward to getting back to running, biking, and spending time with friends.

I guess you can tell I can’t wait until school’s out, and here’s hoping the next month goes by quickly!!
